Per our Return Policy, we require photo evidence of any issues with an order prior to issuing a refund. Please send us a message and you will be contacted with directions to where you should send the pictures.
Items that arrive broken will be refunded upon review of photo evidence.
If you would like to change your shipping address, please include the UPDATED ADDRESS, as this is a time-sensitive matter and we are unable to put orders on hold until we receive the correct address.Â
